Talk Topic

Tuesday, November 28, 2017

This week’s Talk Topic is making the children think really hard. We have had some excellent thoughts so far.

“Look at some money and imagine it’s journey to your home.  Who else might have had it? What might it have been used to buy?

The children had a very busy day last Wednesday baking cookies to sell on Friday for Children in Need.

They looked Spottytastic in their mufti clothes. Thank you for supporting such a worthy charity.

This Week’s maths

Tuesday, October 31, 2017

Our math’s focus for the next two weeks is measure. You can support your child’s learning at home by comparing lengths and weights of a variety of objects. We will also be extending our use of time from o’clock and half past to both quarter past and quarter to. You might find these websites useful.
